Implementing functional movements, as we increase a client’s power and speed are at the top of the list.  Everyone should seek to live life without physical inhibitions, pain and stress.

Our daily movements should not cause us discomfort, nor discourage us from living.  If your program has not taken you to your next level of flexibility, speed and power, schedule an appointment for a consultation with me today, this week or ASAP! 

I will request a 7 day diary from all new clients, noting the times of ALL food and drink consumption.  I also need clients to keep track of times they sleep, awake and BM’s (Download diary log sheet)

A full body assessment will take place that will exploit your weaknesses/strengths utilizing state of the art KEISER’s units.

The session will end after your evaluation data sheet and nutritional suggestions are shared. 

Consultation will last about 90 minutes and comfortable clothing should be worn.  Consultations and training are held at Well-Fit Performance, 1700 W. Hubbard St., Chicago, IL 60622.

Membership is not required to train with me at this facility.
